Our Services

  • Multi-Platform Distribution: Seamless integration and visibility across leading booking platforms, including a direct booking platform.


  • 24/7 Guest Concierge Service: Round-the-clock support to ensure guest have a worry-free stay.


  • Housekeeping & Maintenance Management:  Careful attention from our in-house teams, supplemented by contractors as needed to maintain your property in pristine condition.


  • Lawn Care & Landscaping: With eyes on the property daily, our in-house team will monitor the need for lawn care and/or landscaping so that your property will always present beautifully when guests arrive.


  • Local Guide:  At our core, we are a hospitality company. We love to share all that Twillingate has to offer and ensure that your guests have the ultimate outport experience.


  • Detailed Reporting: Clear and transparent monthly financial reporting to help you monitor your investment's performance.


  • Monthly Owner Revenue Payouts: You'll receive payment of your Owner Revenue within the first week of each month, for the month previous months reservations. 



Compensation


We charge a management commission of 25% of gross nightly revenue (before cleaning fees and taxes).


This commission-based pricing model ensures that you only pay for our services when there is a direct benefit to your business.


All hard costs (i.e., lawn care wages, tradespeople costs, supplies/materials, water turn on/off fees, etc.) will be passed along to you without markup.  These costs will vary depending on the size of property/effort required, will be approved by you prior to proceeding and itemized in weekly reports.
